Hi, I'm Masha.

Ukraine born, New York shaped.

I began my career as a photographer during undergrad, and that foundation still shapes how I see, think, and create today. Visual storytelling has always been at the core of my work.

I’m currently a Design Lead at L’Oréal, where I help redefine ways of working across CPD brands in the U.S., bringing together brand systems, consumer touchpoints, and emerging GenAI tools to build smarter, more scalable creative processes.

Previously, I worked as an Art Director and Global Designer at Clinique, where I brought large-scale digital concepts to life, art directed photoshoots, and developed video and motion content for global campaigns.

Before that, my experience spanned agencies and global brands including Bumble and bumble, Ogilvy, EY, and Philip Morris. Across these roles,
I worked on everything from brand identity to digital content, while gaining valuable international perspective along the way.

I’ve been fortunate to have incredible mentors throughout my career, and I care deeply about paying that forward by supporting and guiding junior creatives as they grow.

Outside of work, I host monthly dinners, shoot portraits, search for the perfect croissant, paint in oils, and learn French.
